"Before starting mindfulness sessions with Christina I was easily distracted and couldn’t focus for even short periods of time. But at the conclusion of our sessions I had more discipline and focus. "I have been home care nurse in the morning with a company I have worked with for 30years. In the evening I train CNAs from 5:00 to 8:30pm. In addition, I assist my community in whatever way I can. I help new immigrants get settled with translation ,participate with parent-teacher meetings. Take them to doctors, all of that because they do not speak English yet.
